- Mr. Foxx does not appear to have near enough experience to handle a federal job appointment such as this. Mayor only gets a 2 year term in Charlotte? As long as everything else is going to hell, guess this appointment can't make things that much worse. But I could be wrong.

- As long as the death penalty is still an option, let a few charges go by the way. Of course, if he gets to appeal the punishment, he'll probably never get an injection cause his attorneys will drag the process out way too long and he'll die of old age.
